Important Admissions Dates

We offer rolling admissions with a priority deadline of December 19, 2011. Applications received after this priority deadline will be considered on a space-available basis.
Priority Enrollment Incentive: Every student who submits a completed application and applies for tuition assistance (if needed) by 12/19/11 will receive a tuition discount of $6,200. If accepted, a commitment to attend by 3/15/12 is also required.
Families will have until March 15 to respond to an offer of admissions. The signed contract and enrollment deposit must be returned to the Jewish High School of Connecticut by March 15 in order to reserve the student's space in the class. Decisions on applications received after the priority deadline and uniform reply date will have two weeks in which to return the signed contract and enrollment deposit.
Merit Scholarship Deadline: 3/1/12

A student interested in applying to JHSC should complete an application, schedule an interview, and forward an official transcript, a principal or guidance counselor recommendation, as well as a math and English teacher recommendation to the Admissions Office; the ISEE tests can be taken on regularly scheduled dates in November, December, or January. We encourage all applicants to spend a day shadowing a current student.
